A PERCEPÇÃO DE AGLOMERAÇÃO NO LITORAL NORTE PAULISTA. ESTUDO DAS PRAIAS DO INDAIÁ E MARTIM DE SÁ

Resumo


A pesquisa, que segue a linha de marketing, usa como tema o comportamento do consumidor e sua percepção de aglomeração, tendo como objeto de estudo as Praias do Indaiá e Martim de Sá. A coleta foi realizada com turistas, em feriados e finais de semana prolongado. Os resultados mostram banhistas que preferem praias menos lotadas, mesmo que não sejam tão sensíveis a aglomeração. Apesar disso, são sensíveis à noção de espaço. Também possuem baixo envolvimento com praias cheias. Apresentam bons resultados de divulgação “boca-a-boca” das praias, indicando que as pessoas comentam sobre os locais com as demais pessoas que os cercam, fazendo propaganda da praia a outras pessoas. A próxima etapa será a coleta de dados para confirmar os resultados
